PennScapes Landscape Design and Consulting was established in 1999 by owner Steven Stiansen following receipt of his Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Contracting from Penn State University and 10 years of hands on industry experience. PennScapes was formed with the intent of creating a small firm focused on customer service and old fashioned craftsmanship, to develop distinctive landscape designs with the personal care and attention that each job and customer deserves.
